Meeting Schedule:

Meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month, subject to change.

Please note that any shareholder may bring an issue to the attention of the board at any time by informing the board in writing.

Shareholders may also request in writing to meet with the board prior to the executive session of any scheduled meeting. Shareholders should make such requests at least 48 hours in advance and will then be notified of the board’s decision.
